Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your travel package up to a certain period before your departure for no cancellation fee.
A nominal cancellation fee may apply if you cancel closer to your travel date.
Once you cross the final cancellation window, your booking will become non-refundable.
Any refund amount will be based on the components booked (hotels, flights, activities). Changes to these components may change the applicable fees.
Please note: Any TCS (Tax Collected at Source) collected at the time of booking cannot be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may claim it as adjustment against Income Tax when filing your return.
All cancellation charges mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Tip: Please check your final cancellation policy on your confirmation document or contact us for any clarifications before cancelling.
Date Change Policy
You can reschedule your travel dates within a certain period before departure without any fee.
A nominal date change fee may apply for rescheduling closer to your travel date.
After the final date change window, no changes will be possible.
Date changes are subject to availability of hotels, flights, and other services.
Any difference in fare or price for new travel dates will be charged separately.
TCS collected once cannot be refunded in case of modification, but can be adjusted in your tax return.
Date change charges are exclusive of applicable taxes.
General Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email and SMS. Keep these safe for reference.
Final Travel Vouchers: Will be shared 72 hours before departure, subject to full payment of your package cost.
Customizations: Most packages are customizable. Any changes may affect the final cost, which will be reflected in your updated confirmation.
Inclusions & Exclusions: Personal expenses like laundry, room service, mini bar, or alcoholic beverages are not included unless stated.
Force Majeure: In case of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, we’ll strive to provide you with the maximum possible refund, subject to arrangements with our partners.
Payments: If payment is not received as per the agreed schedule, your booking may be cancelled and refunds processed as per our cancellation policy.
Passenger Details: Please ensure names match exactly as per passports. Any changes may attract airline or visa penalties, which will be borne by you.
Low-Cost Carriers: If your package includes budget airlines, checked baggage may not be included. You can add baggage allowance at additional cost — please inform us at least 5 days before departure.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard hotel check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion.
Hotel Availability: If your chosen hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a similar alternative of the same category.
Security Deposit: Some hotels abroad may require a refundable security deposit at check-in.
Timeliness: Please be on time for your tours, activities, and transfers as per the itinerary.
Seasonal/Occasional Charges: Some hotels may charge additional fees for special events (e.g., Christmas, New Year). We will share these details in advance if available.
Refunds for Non-Operational Activities: Any paid activity that does not operate for unforeseen reasons will be refunded within 30 days. Complimentary activities are non-refundable.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where your travel agency is registered.
